Bubbles under a Samsung screen — visible as raised, fluid-filled, or air-pocket areas beneath the display glass — are an uncommon but serious fault. They can indicate adhesive failure between the screen layers, moisture ingress, or a swollen battery pressing against the display from inside. Call 0723763173 — do not ignore screen bubbles on your Samsung.
What Causes Bubbles Under a Samsung Screen?
Adhesive failure — Samsung displays are bonded with optically clear adhesive (OCA). If this adhesive delaminates, air or fluid gaps appear between the glass and AMOLED layers, causing visible bubbles or separation.
Moisture ingress — water that gets between the screen layers can collect in pockets and appear as bubbles, especially after the phone dries out unevenly.
Battery swelling — a swollen lithium battery expands inside the chassis and pushes outward against the display. If you see a raised area on the screen, particularly near the centre, suspect the battery first. This is a safety issue.
Post-repair adhesive failure — if a screen was previously replaced and the adhesive was not applied correctly, bubbles can develop along the edges.
Is It Urgent?
If the bubble is accompanied by any lifting of the screen from the frame, or if the back of the phone also appears raised, stop using the phone immediately. A swollen battery can rupture and is a fire risk.

We identify the cause first. If it's battery-related, we replace the battery and inspect for display damage. If it's adhesive or moisture-related, we assess whether the display assembly can be rebonded or needs full replacement.
